Ingredients
4 cups prawns, peeled
8 cloves garlic, slices
1 tsp chili powder
1 cup water
1 tbsp sugar
4 onions
6 tomatoes, peeled, seeded & chopped
6 bay leaves
2 tbsp olives, chopped
1 tbsp pepper
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp salad oil
1 tsp salt
Method
Chop onions and garlic and saute in a mixture of oil and butter until golden brown.
Add tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes, then add cleaned prawns, salt, pepper, chili
powder, sugar and 1/2 cup of water.
Cook till the prawns are pink .Add the bay leaves and olives.

Ingredients

Bread 1 packet Boiled Potato (diced) 250 gms. Green peas 1/2 cup Chopped ginger 1 tbsp. Chopped green chili 1 tsp. Cumin seeds 1 tsp. Coriander powder 1 tsp. Chaat masala 1 tsp. Chopped green coriander 1 tbsp. Corn flour 4 tbsps. Bread Crumbs 1 cup Oil for deep frying Salt As per taste 

Directions

1. Heat 2 tbsp. oil, add cumin seeds and when they start to change color, add chopped ginger, chopped green chilies and then add diced potatoes. Add coriander powder, salt and chat masala. Stir well.
2. Add green peas and cook further for 5 minutes on a slow flame.
3. Add chopped green coriander and let it cool.
4. cut the corner of the bread and keep aside.
5. Quickly sock the bread in the water and squize by your palm : keep about 1 tbsp. of potato mix in the center and fold them in to half.
6. seal the edges with pressing by your finger. make them all in the same way and keep aside.
7. mix 4 tbsp corn flour with 1/4 cap of water.
8. Deep the each ball in to corn flour  batter and rub in the bread crumb.keep aside
9. Deep fry in medium hot oil till crisp and golden brown.
10. Serve hot with Tamarind chutney or tomato ketchup.
