Raw Bitter Gourd Delicacy
Ingredients
2 small-sized bitter gourds
Dhania-Jeera powder (one and a half tsp)
Black pepper powder (1/2 tsp)
1 katori freshly grated coconut
1 lemon
Salt to taste
Method
1.Remove inner seeds of bitter gourd and cut into thin slices.
2.Take grated coconut and mix dhania-jeerra powder, black pepper powder and salt.
3.Fill in the bitter gourd slices with generous amount of the grated coconut mixture.
4.Sprinkle juice of lemon over all the slices.
5.Serve immediately.
