Ingredients:
2 bowls Toor dal
Wheat Flour
1/2 bowl Sugar
ghee
Cardomom
6 Cloves
Method:
1. wash toor dal properly
2. cook in pressure cooker
3. make dough using wheat flour. when cooked open pressure cooker, take out in big pan or you can use pressur cooker
4. add sugar and stir well
5. let it get thick,take a knife,and stuck in dal to see that the knife stands straight in dal(puran) without your help
6. let it get cool
7. add crushed cloves and cardomom
8. Apply ghee in raw poli (roti) and fill dal, close and again make roti
9. do not fry,turn upside down,see both sides get baked
10. take out in plate,apply ghee.
11. serve hot or you can eat when you want.
Points to be noted
1. do not make dough very loose
2. get dal properly cooked
3. use oil while making dough.
