Tossed Pasta

This is a personal favourite, though many of my friends have found this quite plain, considering it has no sauce or cheese :(

Ingredients-
olive oil
pasta (wholewheat or white - though i am still getting used to the wholewheat)
green chillies
garlic

salt (to taste), pepper(to taste)

veggies-
green pepper
carrots
peas

Boil the pasta as usual with salt. Drain in the sieve. Let it cool.
Heat little olive oil in a non-stick pan.
Slit fresh 3-4 green chillies. Add to the heated oil.
Add 3-4 crushed cloves of garlic.
Add horizontally cut green pepper, carrots, peas, etc.
Ofcourse the ingredients(veggies) are entirely up to you. 
Add pasta.
Add salt to taste.
Toss.
Serve.

- Can have this as salad
- As a part of main meal (dinner) with some soup and red wine if you may
- a any-time meal, really.
