Ingredients
Baby Potatoes 1/2 kg
curds - to soak the potatoes
onions - 4 nos
mutter - 14 kgs
tomatoes - 3 nos.
Garam Masala
METHOD
Boil the baby potatoes. peel the skin and make holes to it with fork all around the potatoes but do not break or mash the potatoes. soak it in curds and keep it aside. heat oil and ghee of the same amount in a pan and add onions long slices and fry it till the color of the onions change. add mutter and fry it. add salt, turmeric, chilli powder, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and cook it till the gravy comes. now add the soaked potatoes and let it cook in simmer for nearly 5 minutes. add garam masala and cook it for 5 more minutes. garnish it with milk cream or coriander and serve it hot with veg fried rice or naans.
