Masala Rice

Rice - 1 Cup
Onion - 2 
Ginger, Garlic - Little
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 Tsp
Zeera - 1/4 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Chilli Powder - To taste
Oil - 2 Tbsp 
Garam Masala - 1 Tsp

Cut the onions lengthwise. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and jeera  when it pops add onions, ginger and garlic add turmeric powder and fry till golden brown.  Now add the Garam Masala and fry for a few seconds and add cooked rice and fry for some more minutes. Serve hot or cold with Raita. 

Note: You can add tomatoes also to give good flavour.
