Channa Dal Gravy

Ingredients:
1 cup Black channa
1/2 cup White channa / Chick peas
1/2 cup Rajma / Red Beans

  Big Onions paste-2
   Ginger-garlic paste- 1 1/2 spoon
  Cumin seeds/ jeera powder- 1 spoon
  Dhania powder 1/2 spoon
  Cardemom Powder-1/2 spoon
  Red chilli -1/3 spoon 
  Green chilli -1 1/2
  Tomatoes paste-2
  Turmuric powder-1/2 spoon
   Salt as per taste
   1/2 cup of milk
   Oil
  Coriander
   Lemon juice- 1 spoon

1. Soak black channa,white channa and rajma in water overnight or for 4-5 hours in hot water.
2.Put them in a pressure cooker and boil them for 30 minutes at high flame and then 30 minutes at slow flame.
3.In a pan,put 2/3 spoons of oil, heat it then put ginger-garlic paste,green sliced chilli, dhania powder,cumin seed powder,caremom powder.
4.Slow the flame and put  onion paste,fry it till it becomes brown and leaves oil.
5.Add red chilli and turmeric powder to it.
6.Add tomatoe paste and  cook it for 5 minutes at high flame and add salt in to it.
7.Add 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup of water and  cook the paste at a medium flame.
8.Cook the paste for 5-7 minutes at a slow flame.
9.Put the boiled mix of black channa,white channa and red beans in the paste and mix them well.
10.Pour lemon juice over it.

Serve it with rice,roti or bread and curd.
