Ingredients:
1 Big Baigan
2 tsp Oil
1 Onion
2 Tomato
Garlic Paste
Salt to taste
lal mirch
ittle ajawain
Method:
1. Take a big baigan wash it properly. apply oil on it. Put it on gas,let the skin get burnt,turn around at times.
2. Take water in vessel and put baigan in it, so that after some time u can pill its skin easily.
3. Take 2 spoon of oil in kadhai.
4. Cut Onion and Tomato into small pieces.
5. When oil gets warm, fry cut onions and tomatoes,add little water,mix it. Let tomatoes turn into loose form.
6. Add mashed baigan with it.
7. Add garlic paste, salt, lal mirch and little ajawain,if u want. Stir properly.
