Ingredients:
2 bowl Wheat Flour
3/4 bowl ghee
1/2 bowl jaggery
Method:
1. Take a pan, take some ghee,let it get warm
2. put wheat flour,get it little of pink colour
3. take out in plate
4. apply little ghee in another plate ( use steel one ) with your finger
5. take remaining ghee in clean pan,let ghee get warm.
6. put jaggery stir fast add flour , mix fast ( if you keep on pan for more time,it will become hard )
7. apply ghee on steel bowl,keeping it upside down (keep it ready before )
8. take out mixing of wheat flour and jagerry in the steel plate,
9. spread fast and press with steel bowl.
10. make cuts with knife, but do not try to take out.
11. take out pieces, when the spead gets absolutely cool down.
12. many mix little of tils
13. it is good for growing children. it is better than chocolates.
14. It is called gud papdi or sukhadi. Many people carry them in travels.(it is distributed during disaster situation). it remains for long. if you are making for the first time ,take smaller quantity.
