- pottato ,carrot, peas, beans,cabbage, cut it in very small pieces and make half boil.
- onion couriador leafs,ginger garlaic paste,salt, garam masala,turmeric power,red chilli power, mix it with all vegitables,
- dip in egg, and apply bed grams and deep fry it .
- cutlet ready
