  1. pottato ,carrot, peas, beans,cabbage,  cut it in very small pieces and  make half boil.
  2. onion couriador leafs,ginger garlaic paste,salt, garam masala,turmeric power,red chilli power,  mix it with all vegitables,
  3. dip  in egg, and apply bed grams and deep fry it .
  4. cutlet ready
point 2 - quantity  depends upon  number. and size
