Cauliflower - 1
Mushroom - 5 to 6
Onion - 1 (big)
Tomatoes - 2 (big)
Garlic - 5 to 6 pieces
Pepper - 15 nos.
Jeera - 2 tsp
Ginger - small piece
Red Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Procedure:
1. Cut the cauliflower into large pieces half boil it in water along with some salt.
2. Cut onions and mushrooms into large pieces.
3. Grind pepper and jeera into fine powder.
4. Grind onions, garlic and ginger into fine paste.
5. Fry the cut mushrooms and cauliflower in oil.
6. Cut tomatoes into small pieces and fry them with little oil in a pan.
7. Add the fried cauliflower and mushrooms to the pan.
8. Add the pepper, jeera powder and onion, garlic and ginger paste to the pan.
9. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt(as per taste) to the pan.
10. Pour enough water to get the kurma consistency and boil it.
11. Garnish with coriander leaves.
12. Serve hot and enjoy the kurma with Nan / Kulcha / Paratta / Chapathi !
