Ingredients:
5 aloo
oil to fry
Batter:
1 cup besan
1/2 water
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp cumin powder
2 crushed garlic
2 piece ginger
corriander leaves chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Add besan, water, chilli powder, cumin powder, garlic, ginger, salt and chopped corriander mix well.
2. Cut the aloo very thin
3. Heat the oil in the kadai dip the aloo in the batter and fry them till golden brown in colour.
