INGREDIENTS:_
PORTIONS:2 nos
1. Beans-6nos
2. Carrot-2 nos
3. Potato- 2 nos
4. Green Peas-1/4 cup
5. Green Chilly-4 nos
6. Bread Crumbs-1/2 cup
7. Corn Flour-1/4 cup
8. Big Onion- 1 no
9. Tomato-2 nos
10. Capsicum-1/2 no
11. Red chilly Powder-1 tsp
12.. Turmeric-1 tsp
13. Oil-2 tsp
14. Salt- to taste
15. Curry Leaves-1 bunch
16. Coriander Leaves- 1 cup
17. Water-2 cups
METHOD:-
1.Clean and cut all the vegetables leave it to boil till it cooked.
2. After it cooked mash all the vegetables beans,carrot,potato,peas.
3. Add some green chilly,turmeric,onion ,salt in the mashed vegetables.
4. Take the vegetables and make a desired shape.
5. Marinate in corn flour,bread crumbs leave it for 1 hr.
6. Deep fry it in oil.
7. Take some curry leaves,onion,tomato,capsicum fry it till golden brown
8. Add some red chilly powder,turmeric saute it pour 1 cup of water mix it.
9. Keep it in slow fire after it becomes dry. put the kofta in a gravy.
10. Servr hot with garnished coriander leaves.
