Ingredients:-
Maida - 2 cups
Sugar - 2 cups (grinded)
Milk - 2 cups
pure ghee - 1 spoon
A pinch of eating soda
Dates - 7-8 nos (cut in to small pieces)
Elaichi -5 (Powdered)
Method:-
Mix all ingredients well & keep it for 1/2 an hour.
Apply little ghee on the inner side of the cake pan before putting the mixture.
Then bake it in a cake pan on low flame till cake becomes brown.
This cake can be made in the cake vessel which is easily available in the market.
