Ingredients :

Milk - 15 cups
Sugar - 7 table spon
Pistachio(powder) - 1 tea spoon
Cardamom(powder) - few pinches
Saffron

Method :
Â
1. Take milk in a deep heavy pan and heat it until it starts boiling. Also add few saffron.
Â
2. Once the milk starts boiling put down the flame to sim and add sugar and cardamom powder.
Â
3. Heat it over the low flame for about 2 hours; until the quantity reduces to abotu quater. But keep stirring occasionally in between.
Â
4. After 2 hours, put off the flames. Now add pistachio powder and stir it well.
Â
5. Let it cool down. After it becomes normal keep it in refrigerator.
Â
6. Sprinkle cardamom powder and serve cold.
