Ingredients:
Prawns - 500 gms
Potatoes - 2 cut lengthwise
Green peas - 1/2 cup
Onion paste - 2 tbsp
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Tomato - 1
Oil - 150 gms
Bay leaves - 1
Pinch of sugar
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt according to taste
Method:
1. Peel, clean and wash the prawns.
2. Apply salt and turmeric and fry.
3. Fry potatoes and keep aside.
4. Heat the oil in a pan.
5. Fry the bay leaf with onion, ginger and garlic paste and fry.
6. Mix turmeric and chili powder in little water and add in the pan.
7. After frying the masala add tomato pieces and fry well.
8. When the oil separates from frying add potatoes, peas, prawns, sugar and salt and water and cover the pan.
9. Let it simmer until the gravy thickens. Add garam masala powder and remove from heat.
