1. Lachaikottai paruppu(dal) usily: soak channadal and red chillies for 15 minutes, grind to a thick paste. Add salt
Wash the leaf well. Apply little dal over the leaf. Roll and steam it in Idli steamer for 10 minutes. Cut in to half. To remove the tangy taste of the leaf you can season mustard and put the suffed leaf for a minute and remove from stove.
