Ingredients
Basmati rice : 1 cup
Finely cut vegetables ( Peas, : ½ cup
carrot, cauliflower, beans )
Onion (cut finely) : 1
Green Chilli (cut finely) : 2 or 3
Ginger garlic paste : ¼ tsp
Tomato (cut ) : 1
Ghee : 2 tsp
Cloves : 2
Cardamom : 1
Cinnamon : 1
Coriander leaves : a little
Mint leaves : a little
Curd : 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder : a pinch
Salt : as needed
Water : 2 cups
Method
Set microwave to high power.
Mix all the above ingredients in a vessel.
Cover it with a lid and keep it in the oven for 12 minutes.
Stir the contents once or twice inbetween.
Remove from the oven, when done.
Tips
To reheat the rice, sprinkle some water and heat in a closed vessel.
