Ingredients: 1 cup Basmati rice, soakfor 2-3 hours and cook and drain; boil vegetables 1 cup (beans, carrot, peas, potato); 2 tb. sp. coconut powder, 2 tb. sp. corriander leaves chopped; 4-5 cloves; 7 to 8 black pepper seeds; 2 cardamom, 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds; 1 cup yoghurt; 1-1/2 tb. sp. oil; 1-1/2 tb. sp. ghee or butter; red chilli powder; turmeric powder, corriander powder; sabji masala; salt; all according to taste.
Procedure: Ghee or butter + oil + bay leaves and then add all boiled vegetables and in that add chopped corriander leaves + ginger + green chillies + cocunut powder paste and mix all and then add all spices and again mix all well.
Add yoghurt (mixed with fennel seeds + cardamom + cloves + pepper). Now when all mixes well and ghee starts coming out add rice and mix all well again. Now before serving can garnish with capsicum and onion rings.
