Soak rice for an hour &cook seperately with littlesalt .Allow it to cool
Heat ghee in a pan& add the whole masala along withcashews & fry. Then add onions ,fry till they become transparent then add tomatoes &fry them till they become soft .Add ginger garlic paste &fry .Then add pre boiled carrot &peas and cook for five minutes .fry it dry and add salt .Then add this mixture to the rice Garnish with coriander & cashews. Tasty tomato rice is ready .You can serve with onion raita
