stir fried idlis:

idlis some 8 of them cut into small eatable size chunks

cabbage shredded one cup
carrot shredded 1/2 cup
bean sprout one small bunch
spring onion leaves finely chopped one cup
soya sauce 2 table spoon
garlic and tomato sauce 2 to 3 tablespoon
ajinomoto optional 2 tsp
white pepper 2 tablespoon or to taste
olive oil as per requirement
salt as per taste

now in a large kadai,
put the olive oil and heat then add the garlic and tomato sauce, and once it is hot now add the vegeables cabbage and carrot and stirfry, after sometime add the beansprout, they dont fry for long, add the iddlis and mix well now add the soyasauce, white pepper, ajinomotto and salt and mix well in the end garnish with the spring onion leaves and serve hot with whatever sauce u want....sunkan
