Ingredients
Soya beans : 200 gm
Green gram dal : 50 gm
Black gram : 50 gm
Rice : a handful
Fenugreek : as needed
Coriander leaves : a little
Method
Soak soya beans in water for 7-8 hours.
Soak green gram dal, rice, black gram and fenugreek for half an hour.
Grind all the items to a batter and add salt.
Prepare dosais and sprinkle coriander leaves if needed.
