shrimps (fresh or frozen) 1 lb onion 1 large chopped into very small pieces tomato 2 medium chopped smallgreen chillies 5-6 corriander for garnishing ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp cumin powder half tsp corriander powder 1 tsp garam masala half tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp turmeric 4-5 pinches yogurt 2 tbsp (optional) salt oil 3 tbsp
Wash prawns and drain them properly and same with the case of frozen prawns/shrimps drain them to remove excess water. Heat
oil in a large pan, add onions, slit green chillies and turmeric and
fry till golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes and fry on a
medium heat till it leaves oil. Add spices : red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder, corriander powder and stir occasionally.At
this stage can even substitute yogurt if you want and then after couple
of minutes add prawns/ shrimps/ royyalu, garam masala powder and cook
by stirring now and then.
