Preparation time ([days] hrs:min): 01:00
Cooking time ([days] hrs:min): 00:25
Number of servings: 4

Ingredients:
Rava(Semolina) Fine - 1/2 cup
Yogurt - 1/4 cup
Cashew Nuts - 2 1/2
Ginger Julienne - 1/4 tablespoon
Green Chilis 1 small
Coriander Leaves (dhaniya) - 1/4 fistful
Cumin Seeds (Cumin, Jeera) - 0.38 teaspoon
Black pepper corns (pepper corns) - 1/8 teaspoon
Baking powder - 1/8 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

Method:
1.Mix together all the ingredients except oil. you may also add a tablespoon or two of water to adjust the consistency of this mixture.
2.The consistency is slightly more liquidy than the typical choclate chip cookie dough. Cover and keep aside for forty five minutes.
3. At the end of that time, divide the mixture/batter into walnut sized balls (or even smaller) and keep aside. In a deep, wide skillet heat oil on medium heat. You can test if oil is ready by dropping a pinch of the batter in to the skillet. If it sinks, then the oil is not yet hot enough. If it bobs on the surface and bubbles form around it, then the oil is ready.
4.Now deep fry the balls until golden brown.
