INGREDIENTS-
1. Chopped pineapple-20g
2. Rawa(Semolina)-50g
3. Ghee-40ml
4. Sugar-80g
5. Water-80g
6. Lemon yellow colour-2g
7. Pineapple essence-1g
8. Cashewnuts-5g
9. Raisins-5g
10. Cardamom powder-4g
11. Kesar powder
METHOD-
1. Broil off Rawa (Semolina) and put it aside.
2. Shallow fry Cashew nuts until golden, then add Raisins, in Ghee.
3. Add double the amount of Water, to the ratio of Rawa.
4. Add chopped Pineapple, pounded Cardamom, Sugar, Kesar powder and Pineapple essence.
5. When sterts to boil, add Rawa making sure it dosen't make lumps.
6. Cook it stirring vigourously.
7. Garnish with crushed Cashew nut and Ghee.
