GRAM FLOUR -100 GMS
SUGAR -300 GMS
GHEE-350 GMS
ELACHI POWDER-1 TEASPOON
WATER-100 GMS

PROCEDURE:

1. PREPARE SUGAR SYRUP BY ADDING SUGAR AND WATER IN A VESSEL AND HEAT IT UNTILL SUGAR MELTS COMPLETLY. LET IT BOIL UNTILL IT FORMS A THIN SYRUP.
2. TO THIS SYRUP ADD FRIED GRAM FLOUR LITTLE BY LITTLE UNTILL THE WHOLE MIXTURE IS EVENLY MIXED.
3.NOW TO THIS ADD HOT GHEE BY STIRRING SLOWLY
4. MIX THIS WHOLE MIXTURE TILL THE GHEE LEAVES THE SIDES OF THE VESSEL.
5. NOW TAKE A GREASED PLATE AND EMPTY THE MIXTURE INTO THE PLATE AND SPREAD EVENLY.LET IT COOL.
5. USING A KNIFE(DIPPED IN GHEE)Â CUTÂ INTO THE ABOVE SHOWN RECTANGULAR SHAPE.
