Ingredients
Curd : ½ litre
Green chilli : 10
Coconut : ½
Cumin : 2 tsp
Thuvaram paruppu ( red gram dal) : 1 tsp
Siru paruppu ( green gram dal) : 1 tsp
Kadalai paruppu ( chana dal ) : 1 tsp
Rice :
Coriander leaves : a little
Asafoetida : a little
Red chilli : 1
Method
Soak thuvaram paruppu, siru paruppu, kadalai paruppu, rice for 2 hours.
Grind them to a paste and mix with curds.
Grate coconut.
Cut green chilli into pieces.
Grind grated coconut, green chilli, cumin to a paste.
Mix this with curd.
Add salt, turmeric powder and mix the curds well.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Add asafoetida, chilli, curry leaves, fry and add to the curds.
