INGREDIENTS-

1. Keerai-50g
2. Tuar dal-50g
3. Green chillies-10g
4. Chopped onions-15g
5. Chopped tomatoes-10g
6. Whole red chillies-5g
7. Mustard seeds-5g
8. Jeera-5g
9. Pealed garlic-8g
10. Sliced sambar onions-10g
11. Corn kernals-40g
12. Ghee-15ml
13. Salt to taste


Method-

1. Blanch keerai in hot water, make a paste and keep it aside.
2. Take a handi, wash tuar dal and keep it for boiling.
3. Once the dal is 3/4th cooked add pounded green chilies, chopped onions and chopped tomatoes.
4. Then after 10mins add the keerai paste and mix well.
5. Take a separate pan and make a tadka of ghee add whole red chili, mustard seeds, jeera, pounded garlic, sliced sambar onions.
6. Now add the corn kernels and let it cook for 5mins.
7. Adjust the seasoning and serve hot
