Ingredients
Vermicilli : 1cup ( fry in ghee)
Semolina : 1cup ( fry in ghee)
Curd : 3 cups
Mustard : 1tsp
Beans : 5
Small onion : 5
Carrot : 1
Ginger : ½ inch
Oil : 2 tsp
Red or green chilli : 2
Salt : as needed
Ghee : as needed
Method
Cut beans, onion, carrot, ginger, green chilli finely.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Add mustard, vegetables and fry.
Soak vermicilli and semolina in curd.
Add fried vegetables, salt and let it stand for 2 hours.
Prepare idlis.
