Crimson Quiche in a jiffy
Ingredients:-
250-gram weighty readymade base for cake (biscuit)
250 grams fresh strawberries
150 grams tinned fruit mix
2 Cups or 200 - 250 grams readymade pudding
1 sachet Albona red gelatine fix
2-tablespoon sugar
250 ml (¼ l) orange or any thinned fruit juice or water
0.1 % Fat cream from vegetable oil
Clean wash and cut the strawberries into halves.
Place the (biscuit) on a sized plate, (pizza plate is fine)
Spread pudding over the base (biscuit) uniformly with a spatula.
Perch strawberries on it; fill in the gaps with mix fruit cubes.
Keep aside.
1. Mix sugar and sachet dust in cooking pot. Pour thinned fruit juice/water stir to blend.
2. Place on hearth and stir to boil.
3. Allow it to cool for a minute before spreading the same evenly over the fruits.
Cut the cake after cooling for about 15-20 minutes.
Cream it up without fear and serve with Darjeeling tea. Today we had for tea.
