Ingredients
Chow Chow : 2
Chana dal : 1 tbsp
To soak for ½ an hour
Small onion : 1
Tomato ( small) : 1
Ginger garlic paste : ¼ sp ( if needed )
Salt : as needed
Turmeric Powder : a pinch
For seasoning in stove
Oil : ½ tsp
Mustard : a little
Black gram dal : a little
Dried red chilli : 4 - 6
Curry leaves : a little
Method
Cut chow chow into cubes.
Cut onion and tomato.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Close the bowl with a lid and keep it in the oven for 3 - 4 minutes.
Stir the contents.
Set microwave to high power.
Keep the bowl in the oven for 3 - 4 minutes.
In the stove, heat oil in the frying pan add the items for seasoning.
When the mustard splutters add it to the contents in the bowl.
Stir the contents well and keep it in the oven again for 1 - 2 minutes.
Remove from the oven.
