Ingredients needed-
Green Banglore Brinjals(what we call chow-chow)-3
Sugar-1/2 kg
ghee-1/4 kg
Cashew nuts-6
cardomom-2
Method-
Peel the brinjals and grate them. TAke a kadai and cook the grated brinjals in it. After, 12 minutes, u find the color changes. Squeeze out the water and keep it aside for later use. Add sugar to the boiled brinjals and cook for 10 minutes. You need to toss it on and off. Then ,Crush the caromom and break the cashews into small pieces. Fry them in a spoonful of oil. Garnish the mixture with it.
