Chicken Livers with Garlic and Coriander

Ingredients:

3 tbsp. butterÂ
2 medium onions (finely chopped)
5 cloves garlic (mashed)
1 cm ginger (freshly mashed)
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms (sliced)
1 kg chicken livers (cleaned and drained)
2 cubes MAGGI Chicken Stock - Less Salt
1/2 tsp. each of cumin, coriander and red pepper
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh coriander (chopped)Â

Preparation:
  Â
  Melt butter in wok, add onions and stir until transparent
Â
  Then add garlic and ginger and stir very well
Â
  Add mushrooms and stir very well over a low heat for 3 minutes
Â
  Add livers and mix well with onions and mushrooms
Â
  Add in MAGGI cubes and spices and stir well
Â
  Leave it covered for 10-15 minutes until tender
Â
  Then add lemon and fresh coriander, and stir well
Â
  Remove from heat
Â
  Serve with lemon slices
