Ingredients
Basmati rice : 2 cups
Capsicum : 100 gm
Babycorn : 6-8
Onion : 2
Tomato : 1
Lime juice : 1 tbsp
Chilli powder : 3 tsp
Garam masala powder : 2 tsp
Cumin : 1 tsp
Ghee : 1 tbsp
Oil : 2 tbsp
Curry leaves : a little
Salt : as needed
Method
Wash basmati rice and cook with salt.
Cut capsicum, babycorn, onion, tomato into thin long slices.
In a frying pan add oil and ghee.
Add cumin, onion and salt.
Add capsicum, babycorn, tomato, chilli powder and salt.
Fry till the vegetables are cooked.
Add curry leaves, garam masalsa powder, lime juice and stir well.
Add the above to cooked rice, stir well and serve hot.
