Ingredients
Green gram dal : ½ cup
Maida : 1 cup
Milk : ½ Litre
Sugar : 2 ½ cup
Cashewnut : 15
Ghee : ½ cup
Cardamom powder : 1 tsp
Yellow colour : a pinch
Method
Mix maida in ghee and fry well.
Fry green gram dal and boil it in milk with a pinch of yellow colour.
When the dal is cooked well, mix maida in water and add to the dal.
When the maida is cooked, add sugar and stir well.
Add fried cashewnut, cardamom powder and remove from stove.
