Raw rice flour - 2 cups Carrots - 3 Green chillies - 5 Grated coconut - 1 cup Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Onions - 3 medium sized Coriander leaves - little Oil - as required Salt to taste Curry leaves - little Spring onion - little (chopped)
Method :
1. Chop onions, green chillies, coriander leaves and peel carrots and grate finely. 2. Mix together rice flour and finely chopped onions, green chillies, spring onion, coriander leaves and curry leaves, grated carrots, cumin seeds and salt to taste. 3. Knead to a thick and soft dough. 4. Heat tawa and grease little oil, put handful batter onto a tawa. spread it with your hand to cover the entire pan. (This rotti should be thicker than a dosa). 5. Pour a little oil around the rotti and evenly the edge and over the rotti. 6. Cook till done on both sides. 7. Serve hot with green peas and peanut masala curry.
