Ingredients

  •  100 gms Paneer
  •  1/4 cup Onion paste
  •  3 tblsp Vegetable oil
  •  2 Green Chillies
  •  Salt - to taste
  •  1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  •  1 tsp Dhaniya powder
  •  1 tsp Jeera powder(Cumin seeds)
  •  2 tsp Garam Masala powder
  •  1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  •  ½ tsp Turmeric
  •  3 tsp Fresh Cream
  •  ½ cup Tomato puree
  •  ½ cup Curd(Yougurt)
  •  4 tsp Cashwenut paste
  •  2 tsp Butter
  •  Coriander (Cilantro) for garnishing.

Directions

  1. Cut Paneer into medium size pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai & add Onion paste, fry till brown in colour.
  3. Add Green chillies, Ginger garlic paste & fry for 2 mins.
  4. Now add Red Chilli powder, Dhaniya powder, jeera powder, Garam masala, turmeric & salt. Mix well & fry for 3-4 mins.
  5. Add Toamto puree, Curd, Cashwenut paste, Butter, fresh cream & Paneer to it. Mix well & boil for 2-3 mins.
  6. Garnish with Coriander & serve hot with Roti, Kulcha, Naan or Chapati.
  7. TIP: Paneer can also be lightly fried before adding it to the gravy.
