Sweet Pancake

 Hey Vee do u remember mom making!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Required:
100 gms maida
100 gms samolina
2 eggs
50 gms Sugar powdered
Ghee
1/2 cup milk 
1 cup water
nutmeg powder a pinch or
vanilla essence

Method:

Mix maida, samolina, powdered sugar, eggs, nutmeg powder milk in a bowl. Beat the mixture by adding water just to the right consistency. Heat the non stick tava  with little ghee. Pour about 2 tbsps of batter on the tava n spread it out . Leave it on low heat .then just flip to other side till its light golden yellow.
Serve it hot with nice hot mint tea. A perfect tea time snack is ready.

OPTION

Just minus the sugar n then serve it with cut fruits n honey on top make a good desert. Fruits cud be an apple, papaiya, mango,  any depends on taste n imagination. some honey or  sprinkle some sugar on the top to garnish.
