Microwave method
( For 2 people)
Ingredients :
Small Brinjals - 4 in number
Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
Dhania seeds - 1 tbsp
Red chillies - 4
Amchoor powder - 1 tsp
Onion - 1 ( cut in long slices)
Salt to taste
Oil - 1tbsp
Mix the Oil, Garam masala, Dhania Seeds, Red Chillies, Amchoor powder and salt in a bowl. Place two cuts on each brinjal and fill the mixture into each of the brinjals. Add the onions and place it in the microwave bowl. Cover the bowl and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes ( If the brinjals are very hard then 5 minutes). Stir in between. Then microwave on high power without lid for 3 minutes.
Lipsmacking spicy brinjals are ready. Can be taken both with rice and rotis.
