Ingredients:
Corn flour - 0.56 tablespoon
Black pepper powder - 1/8 teaspoon
Garlic Paste - 1/4 teaspoon
Ginger Paste - 1/4 teaspoon
Egg white - 1/4 white
Prawns - 0.38 pound
Coriander Leaves (dhaniya) fistful
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Roughly chop coriander and keep aside.
2. Shell shrimp, wash thoroughly and pat dry with a paper towel. Mix shrimp and all the above ingredients except oil. Make into walnut (or even smaller) sized balls and keep aside.
3. In a deep skillet heat oil. When oil is very hot lower heat to medium and fry these balls to golden brown.
