Ingredients: pudhina leaves 1 cup
potato 2 large nos
capsicum 1/2 finely chopped
red whole dry chillies 5-7
dhania seeds 1 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
jeera 2tsp
oil 3 1/2 tsp
ginger finely chopped 1 tsp
Method: powder the red chillies and dhania together coarsly. in a pan, heat oil and add jeera and ginger. after a few seconds, add capsicum and fry for a few minutes. add the chopped pudhina leaves and fry for sometime. now, add in the coarsely ground masala and mix well. add in the chopped potatoes and sprinkle turmeric powder, salt and some water. mix well. close and allow potatoes to cook. when done, remove from flame and garinsh withcoriender leaves on top. goes well with any indian bread
