This is actually not a chutney to be eaten on the side......... ITS a paste actually like a masala , and is added by me to all my cusines .

I dont use much of the green chilllie garlic paste ...
This Red Hot Bomb ( Red garlic Paste is handed down through my mothers family ) 
Thus , instead of the usual green chillie  jeera garlic paste , i replace with this red hot bomb  to all my dishes and believe you me its yummy.
 

Specially my parwns patio is only marinated in this masala and cooked in saffola oil till done    here i do NOT use any tomatoes or water  ......and stored like a pickle.

So let your imaginations run riot and try it out ..... am sure your family will lap it up.

Recommended for Vegg and Non Vegg dishes as also used (though sparingly)  as a pizza base spread.
