Ingrediants:
3 cup soji[rava]
1 cup all purpose flor
250 gm white potato
100 gm black chana
100 gm onion
100 gm tomatoes
200 gm oil
Mint,Cilentro/coriander leaves
besan sev
turmarind chutteny
chilli powder,chat masala,coriander powder,salt
Method:
1.Put all flour in one bowl and mix it well.add salt with your taste/1 tbsp.Add 2 tbsp. oil into dough and rub gently.Take a glass of warm water and make a smooth dough.Place it for an hour covered with moisy napkin.
2.Make a small puri from that dough and fry with golden colour in oil.
3.Boil the potatoes & channa.Cut the onions,potatoes,tomatoes into small chunks.
4.put 1-2 potatoes,channa,tomatoes in all papdies.
5.Put little bit onions,besan sev in each papdi.
6.Put turmarind chutteny as well.
7.Sprinkle chilli powder,coriander powder,chat masala and salt with your taste in each of this papdi.
8.Garnish with Mint and cilentro leaves
[Note : For curd lovers,you can also spray curd in each papdi]
It's very yummy and spicy breakfast veggie food.I am sure it will like by all people doesn't matter how old they are.
It's a good to serve in morning/noon breakfast.
