Onion Bhindi Subzi Recipe
Let me tell you a bhendi subzi will be gel with rotis, chapatis and even with toasted bread.Go on if interested:
BENDI ONION FRY
-----------------------
Material needed
----------------------
a. Ladies finger 300gms
b. Onion 1 big
c. Oil 2 tbsp
d. jeera 1tsp
e. mustard 1tsp
f, turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
g.pinch of garammasala,
h. Dry chillies 3
i. Salt to taste
j. Coriander leaves Small bunch
Process

Wash and slice bhendi(ladyfingers) into small and uniform bits.
Heat oil, add mustard, jeera,chillies and wait to splutter and then add turmeric powder.
Add onion and fry till transparent.Add garammasala and cut bhendis and cook.
When bhendi is almost cooked add required salt and continue frying till dark brown.
Remove from flame and garnish with Coriander leaves and serve hot,
