Elys Ingredients:
1/2 cup peas
300 gms paneer
1 1/2 cup makhanas
1 tbsp salt
1.malai
1/2 cup tomato puree
2 large onions
1/4 tbsp fine flour(mainda)
1 tbsp ginger,garlic and chilli paste
1/4 tbmeric powder
1 1/2 tbsp corriander powder
3/4 tbsp red chilli powder
2 1/2 tbsp oil
To make:
Steam cook peas till tender.Heat 1 1/2 of oil and semi fry makhanas.Grind the fried makhanas.Mix salt and spices to tomato puree.
Chop onion and paneer in to small cubes.Heat oil and fry onions till tender.Fry ginger paste and mainda.Add malai and stir briskly.Whe malai starts seperating oil add mak.Fry all the ingredients.When a pleasent aroma comes out pour in tomato pure and cook.Add a cup of water in pan and boil it.Add paneer pieces and boil once or twice.
Garnish it with fried makhanas and fresh corriander.
