Ingredients -
Sugarless khoa : 2 cups
Mangoes (large) : 3
Sugar : 2 cups
Ghee : ¾ cup
Yellow colour a small pinch
Method
Cut mangoes into small pieces and blend, without adding water in a mixie. Take a bowl, mix sugar with mango pulp and stir fry till it is thick. Add khoa, ghee, yellow colour and stir, till the halwa leaves the sides of the bowl.
P.S. If needed a teaspoon of mango essense can be added. It is better to cook on a low flame.
