Ingredients

Milk        :    as needed   
White vinegar    :    1 tbsp

Method

Set microwave to medium power.
In a bowl, mix milk, vinegar and keep the bowl in the oven for 1½ minutes.
Remove from the oven and stir well.
Set microwave to low power.
Keep the bowl in the oven for 1½ minutes.
Remove from the oven and stir well.
In 4 - 6 minutes, the milk will curve.
Take a muslin cloth and pour the contents into it.
The water will drain.
Tie the cloth tightly and hang it from a support to remove water.
When all the water is drained, keep a weight on it to form  panneer.
