Ingredients:
Bhature:
2 cups flour
1 cup yogurt
2 tsp vegetable oil
yeast pinch
Salt to taste
Choley
1 small Garbanzo beans
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp oil
2 tsp cilantro
few mint leaves
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chilly powder
2-3 cloves
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 onion chopped
1 tomato
1 1/2 water
salt to taste
Method:
1. Take yeast and soak in lukewarm water for 5 mins.
2. Take other ingredients and mix well. Add the yeast and make the dough like chappathi. And keep aside.
3. Roll like poori but it needs very thick. Fry like poori till both sides are golden brown.
Chole:
1. Heat oil and add cumin seeds. Now add bay leaves and cloves. Add onions and fry till goldeb brown.
2. Add other ingredients including water except the cilantro and mint leaves.
3. Close the pressure cooker and wait for 3 whistles to come or cook for 5 mins.
