You can make bhajias of Bread ,Yam (purple ) ,Brinjal , Green chillies (Use long-as it is not very
spicy )
I make once in a blue moon.
Wash and Cut brinjal and yam in round shape.Yam should be cut in thin. and deep fry.
Cut Bread in triangular shape. (It dont take much time) deep fry.
Take out in paper to take out excess oil.
Serve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup.
