Ingredients
Aval ( puffed rice ) : 1 cup
Milk : 4 cup
Sugar : as needed
Cardamom : 2 ( powdered )
Badam, pista : 2 tsp ( peeled and powdered )
Water : as needed
Method
Wash aval and soak it in water for ½ an hour.
Squeeze extra water from aval.
In a bowl, mix aval, sugar and milk.
Set microwave to medium power.
keep the bowl in the oven for 10 - 12 minutes.
Stir the contents every three minutes.
When it reaches the kheer consistency, remove from the oven.
Add cardamom, badam, pista and serve.
